But Wellington’s current transport plan is outdated and expensive – a massive motorway expansion costing more than $2.5 billion and putting at risk the very things that make Wellington special and cool.

The Congestion Free Network is a collaboration between the TransportBlog, Generation Zero and The Campaign for Better Transport, and is a blueprint which lays out a future integrated public transport network in Auckland, staged at five yearly intervals through to 2030.
