In September 2022, we hosted a Mayoral Debate for Wellington's Mayoral candidates providing a space for community members to share their experiences of living in Wellington. Members of the public shared their stories and bravely challenged the candidates to listen to the challenges that they faced and promise action. The candidates made commitments for accessible and equitable transport solutions, tenancy advocacy services, building more homes around transport and honouring the NPS-UD and safe cycleways.
